I started Sight and Sound Connections from our family home in Camden in 1990 and have been in business continually since then.
I primarily operate in the Macarthur and Wollondilly areas.
Back when I started, it was all analogue TV and we have now transitioned to all Digital.
Digital TV will now work seamlessly in the correct conditions.
Most TV reception problems are caused by poor quality Digital TV antennas or a faulty booster/amplifier.
If your TV is pixelating, the sound is breaking up or it says "No Signal" These are all symptoms of TV reception issues.
In 99.9% of cases these issues can be fixed with the correct equipment.
There are very few areas in the Macarthur, Wollondilly area that cannot get good reception

The first thing I will do when I arrive is analyse your system with my sophisticated Signal Strength Meter.
In most cases, this will show me exactly what your issue is
Common Issues:
Low signal strength, due to old antenna not designed for current transmission frequencies.
Missing Power Supplies for Mast Head Amplifiers: If you have just moved into a new home and the antenna looks OK, it is quite likely that the previous residents have inadvertently taken the power supply with them.
4G and 5G Interference: The Mobile phone towers now use frequencies that used to be used for analogue TV transmissions. Older antennas and amplifiers often are unable to cope with these frequencies and cause your system to overload often resulting in your TV working fine during the day but often failing during the evening.
All new Digital antennas and amplifiers come with 4G and 5G filters to stop this being a problem.
